This policy explains what vmitr events (a venture of Vyappar Network International Pvt Ltd, 314/11 Pitampura, New Delhi 110034) does with the information you give us. If anything here is unclear, write to support@vmitr.com and we will answer plainly.

What we collect

We only hold what you choose to send us:

• Enquiry details — your name, phone number, email address, and whatever you tell us about the occasion you are planning.
• Correspondence — the emails, WhatsApp messages and call notes that follow from that enquiry.
• Newsletter address — if you sign up for occasional updates.

The enquiry form on this site has no server behind it. When you submit it, your device opens WhatsApp or your own email application with the message pre-filled — nothing is stored on this website, and nothing is sent until you press send yourself.

Why we hold it

To answer your enquiry, quote for the work, plan and deliver your event, and keep the records a business is required to keep. We do not use your details for automated decision-making or profiling.

Who else sees it

Only the people who need to. That means our own team and, where your event requires it, the suppliers we book on your behalf — venues, caterers, florists, production crews. We share the minimum they need to do their job, and we never sell your data or pass it to advertisers.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted within two years. Event and financial records are held for as long as Indian tax and company law requires, then deleted.

Cookies and third parties

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies of its own. It does load fonts, animation libraries and a map from third-party services (Google Fonts, cdnjs, jsDelivr, Google Maps), which will see your IP address as part of serving those files. Links to WhatsApp open on Meta’s own platform under their terms.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Email support@vmitr.com or call +91 98111 44064 and we will act on it within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of the page.
